We make it a priority to coach from the neck up, as well as the neck down. We understand that not everyone that we coach will go on to earn a living from playing professional sport. However, we strive to give everyone the best possible chance of success in their cricket careers. Teaching life skills that can be used in and outside of the sporting domain is a central focus in all we do. Coaching the person as well as the player is of particular importance to us. “

Owner and Head academy coach at the Penzance Cricket Academy. The academy runs throughout the year, through the In season, Off season and Pre season.We specialise in One on One and small group coaching sessions, for both soft and hard ball cricket. Players get the opportunity to participate in matches, festivals, tournaments and clinics throughout the year.

Gold group lead at Glenwood High School in the cricket academy programme. The programme runs continuously throughout the year during the school terms. Responsible for the planning and implementing of the Glenwood High School High Performance Cricket Camp for 2017.

The Amanzimtoti Cricket Academy was born in April 2017. As Head Coach of the academy, I am responsible for the planning an implementation of the academy programmes.Programmes include Individual sessions, as well as coaching in a group setting.

First XI cricket coach at Topham Cricket Club in the KwaZulu Natal Premier league in Durban South Africa. Running mid week coaching activities, as well as match preparation for Sunday premier league matches.

Planning and performing all cricket coaching activities for the KwaZulu Natal Schools u11 Dolphins cricket team. Prior to their selection, final squad members undergo three selection processes, and participate in two tours in South Africa. The teams participates in various formats of the game. These include 20 over, 30 over, 40 over and time cricket.

Responsible for all aspects pertaining to cricket coaching at Bognor Regis Cricket Club. This includes coaching three senior teams, and heading up the colts section.Responsible for the learning cycle of the 1st XI squad members, which includes the analysis of and feedback to squad members, playing strategy, and the analysis of the opposition in the pre match preparation. Responsible for the application of sport psychology techniques to affect change thinking and culture change within the club.Responsible for the planning and implementation of the BRCC Elite Academy Programme.Other areas of responsibility included the Captaining of the BRCC 1st XI in 2015 and 2016.
