We also collaborated with five Western New York companies to provide professional mentor-provided tech project experiences to 23 students in UB School of Management. I also worked with my team members to create budgeting, risk management, and recruiting events for the club. The students are then mentored by the company representatives to work on a real world tech related project for two months, culminating in a final capstone presentation by the end of the semester.As the program manager, I worked with eight companies in one year - Strayos, Finta, 26 Shirts, Lender Logix, Whose Your Landlord (WYL), Spatched, Tellus, and Optiv to create project guidelines for the students. I also drafted risk management procedures, screened and selected the program participants, and onboarded them into the program. I monitored the progress of each project throughout the semester to ensure that the project deliverables are being fulfilled by the students and that the company representatives are satisfied with the students' performance. -

I, alongside my partner, Cameron Hotto, developed a technology-based sports startup venture that serves as an intermediary between professional athletic coaches and their clients. We designed a mobile app interface, high-fidelity mockups and a full-fledged business plan pitch deck for the startup and ended up winning the second prize.

The annual conference follows a year of preparation by students, who receive training from specialists in the fields of public administration, conflict resolution and negotiation and historical perspectives in order to facilitate an event in the target country for youth leaders from both sides of a conflict.I served as the co-founder and team leader of the first ever IFP Conference in Myanmar in late 2018. The planning for this inaugural international conference took four months and the conference finally happened from December 6 to 10 in Bago, Myanmar. IFP Myanmar 2018 was facilitated by a cohort of 15 organizing committee members and hailed delegates from Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia.
