I implemented the first Islamic core banking system in South America at Trustbank Amanah in Suriname.• Implementation process documentation: Analysis documents, build documents, Work procedures.• Doing gaps analysis, providing the needed workaround to fulfill the business needs or issuing the needed BRS according to change management procedures.• Covering different business areas by implementing a wide variety of banking applications.

• Maintaining cordial relation with clients & managing some of our key accounts, follow up on issues and delivering it on a priority basis.• Providing onsite and offsite consultancy, guiding clients toward the proper business practices upon the rise of new business requirements or central bank regulations.• Gathering requirements, preparing and following up on business requirement documents.• Supporting release-upgrade projects, running the upgrade, testing the new release, providing training on the new version and implementing newly added modifications and features.• Providing the needed data fixing entries in case of any data corruption, writing data fix scripts when possible or guiding the technical consultants to the needed data fix.
