I'm the founder of a tech startup reimagining healthcare for the neurodivergent community, a group too often ignored or underserved by healthcare and education systems around the world.My journey here began in 2017 when, alongside my job as a product manager for an AI medtech startup, I was volunteering and working part-time teaching and mentoring neurodivergent children. I quickly realised that the status quo was broken and too many young people were being left behind.I decided to immerse myself in the latest knowledge and research around neurodiversity, specialising in educational neuroscience for my Masters in Education at Harvard.I put my knowledge into practice back in the UK, working in a school providing teaching support for neurodivergent teenagers, and the idea for Cogs grew from there 🧠I'm always on the lookout for people passionate about neurodiversity and ending inequalities in the health and education systems.
