In charge of the retail banking predictive models and automated processes at Millennium bcp: internal rating models, originations, authorizations (pay no pay), monitoring (early warning system), retention and early collections. My responsibilities include developing, adjusting and calibrating behavioral and aplication scoring models in Portugal and banks abroad, enforcing credit risk and collection policies, and managing retail portfolios.Part of the job is enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency, broadening automated processes coverage and reducing overrides to automated decisions .Previous responsibilities in factoring finance and retail consumer finance , including affinity and co-branded credit cards programs.
