Learning Specialist for the four programs in the College of Health and Human Services at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus, which incorporates Physical Therapy (PT), Physician Assistant Studies (PA), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Athletic Training (AT) programs.

Managed office functions for a department of 18 people, including managing calendars, communicating with various offices across campus, and troubleshooting issues as needed. Assisted with development and execution of networking and professional development events, internal surveys, and new student orientation. Part of the career advising team that won the Careers in Medicine Excellence in Medical Student Career Advising Program Award in 2018

I worked with the Student Development team.-Analyze student-reported data regarding learning and personality preferences; co-presented a poster at a research symposium on the findings-Develop and facilitate workshops regarding self awareness, communication styles, and leveraging skill sets for success during new student retreat-Led a tutoring and board examination preparation station at second year orientation event-Assisted in data aggregation and analysis of student-submitted learning preferences; co-presented material at research symposium-Conducted research about first generation medical students and planned student focus group to discuss how to improve first generation initiatives
