Recycle Technologies, an antifreeze recycler, is an example that demonstrates the breadth of my work and impact. RTI was a true cleantech business -- recycled antifreeze contributes 80% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than virgin antifreeze. Gary, the CEO, was a member of my CEO peer group for 8 years. Group members supported him personally and professionally as he dealt with the challenges of leading a business. In addition to facilitating the peer group and personal coaching, I executed RTI projects including an expansion plan, a sustainability plan, financial modeling, and sales process improvement.
