I joined Square when it was around 20 people and helped the company to grow to 1200+. I wrote code, helped build the engineering culture and led teams of Engineers, PMs & Designers. I got to work on a huge range of problems from helping develop the original Register product, to executive hiring, to hardware development, to product growth, to international expansion, to building our engineering recruiting and leveling processes. It was an awesome experience with amazing people!
