JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer quality assurance – quality specialist Communication with customer in case of customer problem. Lead internal improvement activity belongs to customer problems and preparation the corrective action plan to each single case. Responsible to customer ISIR. Participate to APQP, PPAP (Control plan, FMEA, …) Create and manage the quality inspection standards, review of work instructions and others. Responsible for the problem cases analysis and define the corrective action in cooperation with the responsible departaments. (4M/8D/ISHIKAWA/…) Control and manage daily customer problem evidence of official and not official cases. Control customer PPM and claim costs as defined KPI on monthly base. Leading QC Incomming/Process/ members, and verification of activities. Support the laboratory / incoming / process quality departament and makes partial closing reporting. Create/participate to internal procedures and customer process and system audits.Good communication skills and learning approach, experience with starting of new projects.Completed professional trainings:APQP, PPAP, Practical training of IATF auditors 16949:2016, Internal auditor IATF 16949:2016 certification, Quality engineer for automotive I+II, Formel Q - Formel Q Konkret, Formel Q capability, Formel Q - New parts integral8D Report, VDA2 - Release of Production Process and Product, Root cause analysis – AKP, Methods and tools in automotive.
