I am an L3 Transportation Associate at DSM9. I am responsible for engaging with drivers, both Amazon and 3rd party, to check in and out Amazon freight. I promote quality with the verification process, both during Check-in/Check-out and through Yard Audits, to ensure customer satisfaction as part of Amazon's promise. The bulk of my time I spend driving trailers in the yard, which I found I have quite a knack for doing so safely and efficiently. I am the L3 team lead (Quarterback) for the Front Half Nights Amnesty team at FSD1 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I am responsible for tracking and reporting key Floor Health-based metrics daily, setting goals for team improvement on metric goals, ensuring Amnesty Floor Monitor (AFM) safety, and developing critical skills in my AFMs to help them in the role as well as their promotion journey. During my time as Amnesty Quarterback, through my coaching efforts and supportive demeanor, I was able to improve FSD1's FHN APMT metric by an astounding 238.68%. I also improved our FHN OPMT metric by 85.95%. This is comparative from my first month as QB to my final month as QB. On top of that, the most critical Andon response time was 19.3% better than the Network Standard. I'm proud to say I trained my AFMs to be quick on their feet and responsive to associate's needs._____________________________________________________________________________________I train and coach specific skills to the Amazon Robotics (AR) floors, including proper path etiquette, ideal andon response times, and general knowledge about Amazon policies and Safety etiquette. I also don the Amnesty SRBRS vest and directly help on the AR floors where it is needed most, usually showcasing tips and tricks to my AFMs in the process. I also perform audits to ensure my AFMs are knowledgeable about current policies from Central Floor Health, and that they are interacting with the floor and associates in a professional and friendly manner.
