Zahf began his career doing theatre in Calgary, Alberta (Canada) after graduating with honors from the Theatre Arts program at Mount Royal College. After moving to Vancouver, he began working in film and TV, guest starring in the acclaimed "Stargate-SG1", "Scary Movie", "3 Moons Over Milford", "Edgemont", "Say it isn't So" and "Scooby Doo 2".In 2004, Zahf spent the year opening the original Broadway production of the musical "Bombay Dreams", produced by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, featuring music by the inspirational A.R. Rahman. The performance track included acting, singing, dancing, playing multiple characters, and understudying both male leads in the production. "Bombay Dreams" ran for a year at the Broadway Theatre in New York with a run of 314 performances. Since, Zahf has been busy playing integral roles in the series "Fairly Legal", "Fringe", "Continuum", "Emily Owens, MD," and "Psych" as well as being featured in a Canadian national A&W campaign. Head to YouTube and look up A&W Sirloin Twins to see the musical spot!One of his favorite roles, however, was the international television series "Defying Gravity", where Zahf starred as the passionate and spiritual Ajay Sharma. The series was produced by TV veterans Michael Edelstein and James Parriott (formerly of Grey's Anatomy and a Desperate Housewives). It was globally distributed and featured on ABC, the BBC2, CTV, Space and ProSieben. 2015 includes release of the LegendaryPictures feature film "Seventh Son". where you can see Zahf as the 4-armed, blue skinned evil witch "Virahadra".

Taught fundamentals of acting including movement, voice, character development and scene study.

Taught fundamentals of writing and structure of dramatic material to students. These works were put into the dramaturge process and produced by New Image Entertainment. Went on to direct each piece and see it through from concept to completion.

Grimaldi's Asylum was Vancouver's only weekly resident sketch comedy show. Inspired by the likes of Saturday Night Live and MADtv, Grimaldi's had a hilariously talented group of resident actors and comedians creating a weekly tour-de-force that consistently brought down the house.
