FORM powers the world’s 2 billion mobile workers as they change companies and industries for good, with mobile technology that improves execution from the frontline. Since GoSpotCheck was acquired by FORM, I've led our Product team of 4 PMs, 1 Product Designer and 3 Analysts. My focus is recruiting and cultivating great product people, establishing a world-class product culture, and empowering our product teams to build great software.

As a Senior PM at GoSpotCheck, I led product strategy for our machine learning and computer vision business unit. My role was to be an expert in our market, to deeply understand our customers and their problems, and to help build delightful software to solve those problems. My team was focused on enhancing the value of GoSpotCheck's products through cutting-edge technologies like computer vision, machine learning, image recognition, and predictive analytics.

I started at GoSpotCheck as the PM for our Web Dashboard. I led a team focused on leveling up the task distribution and reporting capabilities of our platform.Later, I led a team to design and launch PhotoWorks - a new visual reporting product for images captured in GoSpotCheck. Together, we brought the product all the way from initial concept, through beta, to a successful GA launch.

At NextHealth, I was the Product Owner for our SaaS platform focused on machine learning and predictive analytics with healthcare data. I worked closely with the SVP of Product to develop our product roadmap. Then, I distilled projects into a prioritized backlog for a team of engineers and data scientists. I also took on the role of product designer and user experience researcher to improve the usability of our product.

Prior to my technology career, I was a public health scientist at an international consulting firm. I spent five years managing consulting engagements, conducting scientific research, and publishing my findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
