I updated the Performance and Capacity Management (PCM) team's SharePoint site when I was employed here, fixing user access problems and improving the site's functionality. I expanded my technological expertise by becoming proficient in UNIX, Oracle, and Windows Server environments. gathered information on load projections from several application support teams, which made precise capacity planning possible. Finally, I produced thorough reports on capacity and performance analysis for the following systems: Tibco, RSP, Watson, Cam/iCam, eBill, and UUI.Key Accomplishments: Teamed up with Tools department to devise proof of concept for a cutting-edge capacity planning tool. Formulated capacity standards document for PCM by delineating effective collaboration processes with infrastructure, development, engineering, DBAs, and vendors.
