I developed and implemented business capabilities to enable ramp up of satellite production. As Applied Analytics Manager I was responsible for developing analytics capability on the production line, which included the strategic planning, product development, implementation, and growth of BCA Quality's analytics portfolio to revolutionize how everyone from the c-suite to the mechanic interfaces with information.Highlights:• Led the design, development, successful pilot, and roll-out of BCA Quality's corrective action analytics platform, increasing corrective action effectiveness by over 70% and corrective action throughput by 50%, setting the standard for applying analytics on the production line at Boeing• Directed the integration of a BCA-wide Production Non-conformance Visualization System to track all quality issues with production airplanes, identifying a $43M and 1,200+ hours of cost savings opportunities • Led the development and pilot of a predictive analytics application to identify and eliminate hidden defects for 787 Quality, providing a cost reduction opportunity of over 1,000 rework hours per airplane.• Developed Quality Flight Deck, an operational dashboard containing all Quality-related metrics and information, into the predominant business intelligence application at Boeing Commercial Airplanes with over 1,000 daily users• Supported corporate strategy through vision development, customer and market segmentation, competitive intelligence, goal and initiative planning, and brand marketing

-Developed, piloted, and implemented an enterprise-wide work scheduling and tracking system, increasing work visibility by 65%, reducing the number of non-compliance situations to zero, reducing supervisor workload by 1,200 hours per supervisor, and directly reducing operating costs by $2.7M per year.-Developed and piloted template for all operations work to be included in the same scheduling system, providing enterprise-wide understanding of all work requirements.

- Organized logistics for Amazon's Same Day Delivery, Ship By Region, and Marketplace Shipping Services platforms by developing a scalable, data-driven model based on historical demand, providing a $1.5B per year business venture a comprehensive analysis of fulfillment patterns and fostering the adoption of these platforms by buyers and sellers.

Developed, implemented, and supervised execution of large-scale training events and exercises designed to train deploying Marine Corps units and to certify them as "deployment-ready."​Highlights:-Developed and successfully deployed Certification Exercise 2013, a 6-week exercise certifying the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit as "deployment-ready." Covering over a dozen training sites across Northern and Southern California, as well as Nevada and assorted islands, while employing all elements of a 1,500+ personnel Navy-Marine Corps team through a dynamic, developing fictional enemy scenario supported by 300+ Marines; the training developed established the standard for all West Pacific deploying units.-Developed and oversaw the successful completion of Operation Iron Fist, a 3-week joint training event between Japanese Self-Defense, USMC, and US Navy forces to ensure international cooperation and capability.

-Direct supervisor of a platoon of infantry Marines, tactically employing, developing the training for, and coordinating all logistical requirements for 35-80 Marines depending on mission.-Personally trained and led a 6-man Fire Support Team, providing real-time and safe fixed- and rotary-wing Close Air Support, artillery, and mortar fire in support of ground unit maneuver.
