- full responsibility for setting hotel´s strategies in relation to financial, S&M, HR and operational aspects including investment projects, business planning and forecasting, benchmarking and market research, setting rate & pricing policies, S&M goals, KPI´s and incentives, legal issues- responsibility for budgets, forecasts and reporting to the owners- acting towards official state and municipal authorities, legal and commercial entities within duties and responsibilities given by General Manager post contracting with external entities- direct communication and representation of the hotel towards municipal and state authorities and commercial entities- other duties as per GM´s area of responsibility and related job descriptions

- leadership of the hotels Charles Bridge Palace, Bologna, Leon D'Oro and La Fenice- full responsibility for setting hotels´ strategies in relation to financial and S&M aspects; business planning and forecasting, operations and policies and procedures- completion of full Strategic Business Plan and Financial Plan for the hotels- contracting and negotiating with external entities covering areas of Operations, Security, IT, S&M and other services- recruitment of management team and staff - implementation of regular HR procedures and training schemes- establishment of internal and external communication platforms, reporting and communication with owning family- definition and implementation of S&M and Revenue Management strategies, benchmarking and market research, setting S&M procedures, rate & pricing strategies, S&M goals in relation to key performance indicators and key performance objectives- active participation and contribution in the process of system settings and implementation of the Uniform System of Accounts
