I led a team of UX designers and researchers who collaborated with a large international team (in Japan, the UK, Germany, Italy, and the Czech Republic) on the project described below.2016 - 2018: Senior UX Designer at Konica Minolta Business Innovation Centre, Brno. I worked on a brand-new product that combined traditional device hardware with a cloud-based solution to impact the global market. I worked on a complex design system and solved large-scale design solutions.2014 - 2016: UX Designer / UX Consultant at IBA CZ. I worked with clients from the corporate sector, such as O2 Slovakia (e-shop, customer zone, UX guidelines) and Czech T-mobile (internal apps), with end-to-end delivery responsibility.2007 - 2014: Full-time freelance web designer and UX designer. I served small to medium-sized companies and participated in over 50 various projects. In approximately 80% of them, I was entirely responsible for the overall project management.2002 - 2007: Freelance web designer for small clients, part-time job.
