Financial institution for agro-sector support, 80 employees, 4.5 bln CZK total assets. Ledcompany transformation incl. a new executive board, increased financial allocation from 300Mio to 2 bln CZK. Restarting daugher company ČB Exhibition Center incl. minorityshareholders buy back & squeez-out and a new managing director search & appointment.

1.23 mil ha forestland, 13.2 bln CZK total revenue / 6.5 bln CZK pre-tax profit (2015), 3376employees.

The last and most famous state-owned czech brewery, 1.6 mil. hl of beer production, 2.2 blnCZK total revenue / 390 mil CZK pre-tax profit (2015), 650 employees. Led the search for thenew managing director, close cooperation on the company´s new business strategy.

Creating, implementing and supervising the IT security governance process in Home Credit Group. Directly managing the Group's IT security team, driving key security projects at the group level. Executing security governance over local security teams in Czech & Slovak Rep., Russia, Belarus, Khazakstan, China, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Airbank.
