Chartered a novel programmatic framework toward data center operational startup, enabling the operations organization to scale with the growth of Meta Infrastructure as the data center fleet expanded from 12 concurrent startup facilities in 2020, up to 36 active startups in 2023 and growing.

In this new role, I guided the digital transformation of content management operations of four integrated product lines, including the implementation of two enterprise software solutions across 12 global manufacturing sites.• Directed 12 technical resources & two IT project managers, while guiding 40+ functional contributors to deliver a customized Alfresco implementation w/ Java user interface. Scope of work covered three global factories, four integrated product lines, and two customer interfaces including GE Channel Connect.• Negotiated an infrastructure change to an AWS cloud environment, occurring in parallel with application development. The migration delivered a simplified costs & enhanced performance to a global user base.• Navigated the program through a successful technology rationalization review during company streamlining of applications, earning BHGE recognition to deploy Alfresco as the recommended content management tool.• Revised the SAP integration strategy due to the launch of a global IT revamp of the definitions & tools that onboard engineering BOM configuration data into the ERP / MRP. The result was the creation of new SAP configurator fields, updated metadata definitions, and business process changes to order entry operations.• Implemented a uniform method across four products for triggering clear customer requirements to cross-functional teams by leveraging engineering product configuration and SAP triggers to standardize operations. The updated method covered all products, from pre-configured BOM’s up to fully engineered manufacturing.• Improved customer outcomes by integrating the customer approval processes into Alfresco. Fulfillment was driven by linking business owners & notifications to milestones, with revision control of project documents.

Launched in 2015, the Jacksonville operation was conceived to leverage “brilliant factory” principles to simplify operations & costs of 4 legacy product lines into one facility. My contributions focused on new process creation, issue identification, & modifying inherited systems.• Global implementation leader of an SAP integrated deployment of Alfresco content management, impacting our global supply chain, submittals with customers, delivery to our channel partners, and engagement with sites in the US, France, and India.• Reduced the average production cycle time of content, through clarification of customer requirements into production, productivity gains through simplification of legacy processes, and defect reduction including poor traceability of physical & digital content.• Unified the structuring of triggers that deliver requirements onto PO’s through SAP, expediting the supplier fulfillment of material certificates, and reducing defects.• Investigated low yield rates in functional test, utilizing a Shainin method to isolate the critical feature of the critical part contributing to high rates of failure.
