Zach is a designer of environments, places, and products through carefully crafted spatial narratives. Focusing on experiential design anchored in the tangible, his expertise lives at the intersection of architecture, narrative storytelling, and human-centered interactive design. After earning his degree in Architecture, he worked as an architectural designer for years, specializing in various typologies including retail, hospitality, residential, theater, and commercial office design. Zach then spent almost a decade working for both Walt Disney Imagineering as a concept architect, and Universal Creative as a concept architect, attraction designer, and show set designer helping to lead teams to develop lands and attractions for internationally recognized IP's such as Star Wars, Frozen, Marvel, and Harry Potter. Currently, Zach works for the global design agency Frog design developing convergent human-centered experiences that are at the intersection of digital tools and physical space. This variation in scale, typology, and experience in the role of both client and consultant has made him adept at collaborating in interdisciplinary spaces through multiple phases of a project to create holistic solutions that are both impactful and intentional.
