I lead a six-person team that manages the union’s digital presence and campaigns, including email, web, social, peer-to-peer and broadcast SMS, and paid ad campaigns.

One half of a two-person digital strategy team working to manage and grow the campaign’s online engagement with supporters supporters across all channels. Successfully raised over $700,000 online in five months, accounting for more than 10% of the total amount raised in the campaign.

Led a three-person team to manage the Young People For (YP4) fellowship program, annually serving 150 campus-based activists and organizers on more than 80 campuses. Spearheaded annual recruitment process, curriculum development, one-on-one coaching program, small grants administration, and evaluation.

Assisted in research, application, reporting, and invoicing of all federal, state, local, and private grants received by the agency. Provided administrative support to the Executive Director, Assistant Director, Program Directors, and Management Team.
