I am an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Central Florida College of Business, leveraging over a decade of academic experience and industry collaboration to advance the field of marketing and consumer behavior. My mission is to explore the intersection of employee-customer interface, social media and consumer-generated content, and cognitive and affective biases, and to understand how these factors impact consumer judgment, firm value, and social outcomes.My research has been published in top-tier journals across marketing, management, and psychology disciplines, including the Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science, Academy of Management Journal, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Experimental Psychology, and Journal of Advertising, among others.I am passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of marketing leaders. I have designed and taught courses on strategic marketing management, services marketing, and consumer behavior at undergraduate, MBA/EMBA, and PhD levels. This commitment to education is reflected in the numerous teaching accolades received at the University of Kansas and the University of Central Florida. I have also chaired and co-chaired four dissertation committees, guiding doctoral students through their research journeys and helping them secure placements in international research institutions in Canada, the UK, and the US.My research insights and thought leadership have been featured in popular news outlets such as the BBC and the Orlando Sentinel. I have been passionately collaborating with various firms and organizations in projects related to branding and customer experience management, bringing academic rigor to practical business challenges.
