I began my career as a brand strategist at an agency with strategy at its core. While there I built a foundation of creative problem solving -- applying a flexible, rigorous process to tackle brand, business, and communications challenges. At this agency strategists played expansive roles with clients – helping develop brand experiences, craft portfolio strategies, develop new product innovations, and enter new markets and global regions. Since then, I have grown from a strategist into a brand and business leader. I believe in a wholistic approach to brand building – developing and implementing strategies that inform the totality of the brand experience both internally and externally.I believe world class customer experiences require collaboration across teams and organizations. Brand teams, agency partners, and front-line staff must feel the brand so they can deliver it. Brand building creative isn’t just about developing culture-driving ideas, but also creating tactical hard-hitting marketing that shows people how products and services fit into their lives. In my career I have had the benefit of working at the most senior level of organizations to help tackle fundamental challenges and opportunities. I have delivered programs and solutions across all aspects of the brand experience -- from product development and industrial design to formulation and packaging, through branding and digital experience, and finally retail design and communications campaigns. As a result, I am well positioned to partner with product teams to help develop consumer facing communications delivered across different touch points, from owned assets like the app and website to various paid and social media and beyond.I am at heart a creative and analytical leader, able to take a world of data, connect the dots in unconventional ways, and craft coherent and compelling stories that can inspire internal teams and consumers alike.
