- Leading the largest Supergroup in Canva with ~200+ engineers, whilst also coaching/advising other Supergroups/Groups across Canva encompassing another ~200+ engineers.- The supergroup is responsible for sourcing all of Canva's design content and, making them discoverable both inside the product and on search engines. Canva is a as much a content company as a design company. - Leveraged content to deliver magical design experiences across the entire design journey. This includes a personalised template discovery and design experience.- Unified the SEO efforts in Canva across specialties that provided a highly motivating environment and delivered ever growing organic traffic to Canva.

- Lead the Search Team in Sydney. Team of 30+ spread across Sydney and Tokyo, working closely with PM/UX/UXR.- Reinvigorated Blogger, starting new investments in product, modernisation of infrastructure and pivoting team processes + culture.- Built the Google Cameos iOS/Android product that became a core focus for Google Search.- Spearheaded multiple exploration efforts to encourage user generated content on the open web, one became part of Blogger's new direction.

- Lead a team of 45+ in the continued delivery of the world’s #1 mapping API product on the web and mobile- Created the mobile (Android and iOS) effort from ground up to a team of 20+- Created the suite of 4 mobile mapping API products which now has xxx+ million users globally. - Built the world first technology that allowed Android platform API to be dynamically updated - Google Play Services, Dynamite. This is now applied by many teams across Google to deliver their APIs.- Created a strong culture of quality, product consistency and proactive information sharing. Since my lead, all products reflect the same language, features and capabilities despite being built by many different teams. This is highly desirable by customers.- Built strong relationships with multiple teams across Google including Android, product management, developer relations, marketing and sales

- Architected, lead and delivered the core technology for the world’s 1st large scale concurrent editing system. This technology received broad praise across the industry. Promoted engineering concepts which were later adopted in the popular Google Docs- Lead a team of 20+ in developing the browser client for live concurrent editing

- Lead the effort in adding ARM processor capabilities into the Altium Designer product- Lead the development of a Java Virtual Machine for embedded processors
