CurrentSoftware Designer and Developer , part of development team which was responsible to create Care software like Customer Care , and Self Care , Rest API ,Ordering , and HIGH LEVEL API as products and to deliver them to Amdocs customers , the development included all the development life cycle , start from brain storming , continue with documents like PRD , HLD and LLD later , the team was responsible for the development of the products in technologies like HTML , XML , CSS , SQL , JAVA and scripts until it was finished.The products passed to QA for inspections and checks and bug fix.products kept in source control in the hole process , from the beginning of the development until getting to customers , it was including versioning and branches management.Developing the HIGH LEVEL API from the system was to expose the internal logic of the system to different UI like WEB screens and windows appellations screen , also the development of the REST API was to expose the internal system logic to different software product on the same process bus , My last participate in development was in Software Care NON-TELCO product which combine 2 Amdocs products like ACC (Amdocs Compact Convergence) and Converse (KC1) and exposing there internal logic as REST API and with logic process to load as application WEB screens.The UI included WIDGETS and AJAX for screen aesthetics.
