With 7+ years of experience in customer service facing roles, and a BA degree in English Language & Linguistics, I am a self-motivated, creative and ambitious individual looking to expand and channel my skill set. I am extremely well suited to roles which involve collaborative environments as well as leadership opportunities. I have excellent communication skills, and thrive when engaging and motivating a team to work towards a goal where they can express themselves freely and creatively in the process. In my current job role, I have active involvement in: visual merchandising, social media, community outreach, project management and marketing. Creating and managing rotas, organising events, coordinating meetings and stock control are other aspects of my position role which require me to be highly organised and focused.
