I am an expert on software: developer, architect, problem solver. I love to create technologically excellent ‘things’ with a strong software component (such as embedded systems, control systems), or software with complex aspects. To this end I use my broad experience and background as software architect / engineer, and my analytical and observational skills. I am at my best when the goals are clear, the problem is complex and the solution is elegant and fun. Connecting theory and practice, and understanding situations and problems are the most distinguishing features that I bring to the table.Software engineering is my home plate; I have extensive knowledge of that field. I gained this experience in analysing and solving software quality related issue in a broad sense (technology, process, organisation and project management, etc). I am not focused on a specific technology stack, my most prominent experience is with Java, C#, C/C++ and Python. Due to my experience as an advisor I have developed strong soft and consultancy skills.To me it is important to work on concrete, high-tech products. Preferably, if you drop it on your feet, you should be able to feel it. And the software in it makes that the product is beautiful, inspiring, entertaining, but most of all not average. In that sense it should kind of be like me.
