Co-founded and led the team from various roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Board of Directors. Personally oversaw some fundraising activity and the team raised nearly $100 million in funding. Negotiated and executed contracts with programmers such as ESPN/Disney, Fox, NFL Network, Universal and others. Vidgo became one of only six streaming companies to offer the full suite of TV channels in the US and the only independent company to do so.

Starmail is still very quietly in development mode. We have now developed a billion dollar idea that will fully disrupt a $20 billion industry, but it is a complicated nut to crack with many moving pieces. Candidly, Starmail will either be huge with a mega-launch, or it will fizzle and be nothing. There is no in-between at this point and as an entrepreneur, I am completely fine with that.

Prior to my retirement, I guided VMC's integration into this Nasdaq listed company, and oversaw the generation of record levels of revenue and EBITDA. We doubled our headcount and added multiple new product lines. We also negotiated and cemented long term contracts with several key business and marketing partners. We hit our financial performance targets early, and I was able to retire with six months left on my contract.

I co-founded and grew a series of highly successful *profitable* businesses, without the need for outside investors or seed capital. We grew VMC Wireless from zero revenue to a peak of almost $100 Million (annualized) in less than four years. During the same time, employee headcount grew from two to over one hundred, as we handled over 100,000 mobile phone applications and 20,000+ mobile phone shipments per month. While negotiating a successful exit from that company, we started VMC Satellite, which quickly grew to be one of the largest marketers of satellite TV services in the US. We grew our affiliate base to over 250,000 marketers, and we added multiple complementary product lines. VMC Satellite was acquired by InPhonic (formerly listed on the NASDAQ) for over $23 Million in April of 2005.
