- Conduct C-TPAT audit annually, list all non-compliances, supervise the corrective plan and report results. - To be the owner of C-TPAT compliance package, C-TPAT audit system and Supply Chain Security Program. - Be accountable for security management, ensure that security is regarded as a line responsibility and is considered in daily operations. - Have the authority to interrupt any operation to prevent a security breach and take action to correct any such breach. - Actively participating in the HSSE program in NAS, including ownership of security related issues.- Actively mentor JV staff to help improve their security performance / compliance. - Ensure that all CFS suppliers are C-TPAT compliant (Joint Ventures and 3rd party suppliers).- Develop and maintain measurement and controlling tools to manage C-TPAT compliance.- Develop and maintain Supply Chain Security Program (SCSP) of Damco, NAS which is on the basis of SCSP of Damco Global.- Create, develop and maintain C-TPAT training program. - Work actively with regulatory authorities & professional associations in the security industry.- Responsible for defining and executing security requirements when implementing new joint venture(s)/JVs and Distribution Centers (DCs).

Jan (2009) – Aug (2009) —— UPS Security, Management InternJan – Aug, join in UPS Security in PVG HUB as Specialist, perform regularly analysis for loss and damage, provide corrective suggestion to Operation after obtaining root cause. Performing audit to Operation procedure, CCTV System and Vendor to refine our service. Conducting Security Training to all related employees or vendors.Aug (2009) – Aug (2010), besides PVG HUB Security, also in charge of UPS Eastern China SCS (Supply Chan Solution) Security, to conduct investigation for High Value and High Risk cargo’s loss and damage, keep in touch with local Police. Aug (2010) – Oct (2011), I was formally transfered to UPS Eastern China to be a Eastern China Supply Chan Solution (SCS) Security Supervisor who is mainly responsible for SCS Security to conduct audit to internal operation procedure and vendor’s service, investigating damage and loss. Working out security plans for key accounts as Apple, Dell and HP.
