I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) based in Denver, Colorado, dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young children and their families. Currently, I work as an Early Childhood Therapist, and for the past year and a half, I served as a School-Based Therapist for two elementary schools. In 2023, I was honored to be nominated for Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Social Impact category. As the Chief Executive Officer of Mentally United Inc., a grassroots non-profit, I focus on promoting mental wellness and fostering community connections. Our mission is to inspire individuals to prioritize mental health and spiritual growth, aiming to create a world where mental wellness is destigmatized and accessible to all. We offer various initiatives such as mental wellness resources, seminars, podcasts, and community campaigns to support and empower individuals on their mental health journeys. Mentally United emphasizes the importance of creativity and community in achieving mental well-being. Additionally, I am the host of the "We Are Mentally United" podcast, dedicated to fostering conversations around mental wellness, personal growth, and community building. Through engaging interviews, insightful discussions, and practical advice, we aim to inspire individuals to prioritize their mental health and embrace holistic well-being. Each episode features experts, thought leaders, and individuals sharing their stories of resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment.Providing therapeutic assistance and building communities is my life's mission. I believe in early interventions, skill development, and utilizing sports as tools to build communities and create a better future for our younger generation. I teach youth how to use soccer and other sports to overcome depression, anxiety, and other mental wellness concerns.I hold an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP Accredited) from the State University of New York in Plattsburgh, where I focused on conducting research and working with adolescents, young children, and older individuals. I also have a bachelor's degree in Digital Media Productions and TV Video Productions.
