Local: Masarrat Misbah Makeup (Local Based Company “Macter International” having manufacturing in Turkey), Indus Sports Nutrition (Local Based Company “Indus Pharma” having manufacturing in Europe) Rates Negotiations with Principal, Complete Principal Reporting, & Sales.

• Responsible for Pakistan’s entire sales operation and achieved 8 times business growth in 6 years. Broad scope of responsibility includes P&L accountability, strategic business planning, business development, developing distribution network, sales forecasting and pricing. Successfully managed sales team of 15 peoples (Directly) and professional team of 50 peoples (With Professional Manager). Develop a strong sales and merchandising team for managing more than 32,000 outlets across Pakistan. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: • Responsible to plan & execute annual sales targets nationwide, territory and channel wise based on regional targets• Successfully planned and achieved all BTL activities for Neutrogena like College activities, In-store promotion , mall activities, Beauty Salons, sports clubs• Received ENCORE AWARD “Gold Level” in recognition of Professional program. • Successfully done educational & promotional activities with KoL for Neutrogena & OTC like Round Table discussions, mini Symposia, direct educational/promotional lectures to college students, skin awareness and protection program with beauticians, Skin awareness programs with different club members, Skin problems educational program with Junior doctors and GPs’.• Monitoring, target planning, sample planning and execution planning for professional program for OTC/ Neutrogena Nation-wide.• Fully involved with Supply chain in international ordering process and with local TPM (Mector International) • Regular interaction with the regional sales, customer development and professional team - MENAP for category strategy updates and planning.• Monitoring brand and category P&Ls and taking measures to improve profitability.• Deputy Local Safety Officer from 2007 till 2012, which includes Complaint & Adverse Event 24/7 vigilance and Part of audit team for ‘Enterprising Regulatory Audit” 2013.
