- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including planning, scheduling, execution, quality and IE, to meet production targets with optimum efficiency to utilize maximum install capacity.- Establish QC SOPs and ensure to maintain them so that products meet consumer/customer standards.- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and quality improvement within the C2P operations of terry and knits.- Recognize opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to improve productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.- Build a diverse team of professionals and provide necessary leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.- Work with HSE and social compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards to create a safe working environment for all employees.- Evaluate plant performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.- By effectively managing above responsibilities, aim to drive operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Overall control of activities for towels and bathrobes in stitching department (Stitching/Embroidery/Finishing) including production, planning, maintenance and training from fabric receive to pack. • To co-ordinate the production related information with PPC, Merchandising and other related Departments to ensure onetime delivery. • To establish standard operating procedures (SOP) in coordination with QC / QA department in order to improve existing methods. • To provide comfortable, disciplined work place and the best plant layout to ensure uninterrupted production flow. • To improve productivity and efficiency through best utilization of man, machine, methods and materials. • To ensure proper education and training of all personnel in respective department in their relevant functions. • To establish training in accordance to compliance issues and conduct random compliance audits at stitching department in coordination with QC Manager in order to get prepare at all times for factory evaluation. • Any other assignment given by GM Stitching.

• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily / monthly production plans and schedule. • Inform immediate superior of possible anomalies or of technical emergencies, taking immediate corrective measures if required. • Submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in production operations. • Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.• Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. Conducting monthly safety audits for all sections of the production floor. Ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the department.

• Creating, coordinating and implementation of new and improved manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles. • Liaised to coordinate activities of operations with IE, Store, quality and PD departments. • Developed and wrote operating sequences and generate SMVs. • Analyzed, developed and recommend new layout approaches necessary to meet production requirements for new or improved products and / or processes in accordance with Q/C & Q/A procedures. • Reviewed existing operating methods on a regular basis and developed new methods if necessary. • Daily responsibilities involved supervising 4 production lines, also preparing daily / weekly production and man hour reports for Production manager.
