• Detail study of Scope of Drawings, load schedule, Project specifications, quantity take off & preparation of Bill of Quantities for Electrical/LV equipment for all projects.• Preparing Technical Queries of ambiguities in tender drawings, specifications and BOQ .• In coordination with the design team, timely submission of the shop drawings to the consultant to get the approval. Providing support and critical inputs to the design team regarding the LV switchgears, Capacitor banks, ATS, Generator capacity requirements, SMDB, DBs, MCC, control panels, isolators etc.• Timely submission of the material submission, method of statement with special focus on long lead items like Generators, LV switchgear, pump sets, busduct system, ventilation fans, FAHU and the condensing units etc.• Coordinating with authorities for obtaining timely any NOC required.• Prepare load schedule, single line diagram (SLD) & submit for DEWA approvals.

-Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.-Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staffs from the main contractor.-Ensure that MEP team/MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.-Responsible for all the Electrical works from the contracts signing stage to completion/handover.-Ensure that all the regulations, HSE and the approved method of statement for the installations are being followed.-Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
