• Development and execution of yearly and monthly procurement plans of all packing materials with focus on 6 months forward rolling plans for Imports and Local Sourcing.• Development & negotiations with new sources for strategic sourcing.• Successfully implemented VMI Model on Two Categories.• Ensuring optimum inventory levels to minimize raw and packing material shortages & overstocking.• Ensuring optimum supply chain efficiency by periodic analysis of raw and packing material costs and market trends.• Follow-up and tracking of import consignments and documents for prompt Port clearing with RSO.• Contracts management for various Key Accounts including US-FDA, IFANCA, and Telecom service providers. • Execution of New Packaging Development.• Development & Upgradation of ERP system in collaboration with Systems Team to Improve Supply Chain Efficiency.• Assisting department in all activities including presentations, analysis, and development of SOPs.• Planning and ensuring timely arrangement of Packing materials for Export orders.

• Negotiation & Purchasing of Flavors, Colors & Chemicals for Grocery & Confectionery.• Negotiation & Purchasing of Lubricants.• Deliveries Follow-up of all deliveries.• Follow-up with Foreign Suppliers for Pro-Forma Invoices.• Communication of Shipment and L/C Terms.• Follow-up of Shipment schedules with Supplier.• Coordination with Bank & Insurance Agents.• Coordinating with Bank for L/C Forms, L/C establishments & amendments.• Coordinating with Bank for Foreign Payments of Import Consignments.• Coordination with Clearing Official for timely submission of duties and taxes at port.• Coordinating with Insurance Agents for timely Import Shipment Insurances.• Coordination with PCSIR, PSQCA, INTERTEK, QARSHI & Other Labs for Lab Reports.• Coordination with Relevant Department and Chamber of Commerce for Invitation Letters and related documentations.• Coordination with Research & Development, Quality Assurance and Technical Services department for Quality Evaluations and Calibrations.
