• Comply and implement Instructions/Regulations of State Bank of Pakistan and Head office on International Trade.• Work with bank’s customer and prospects on International import and credit needs.• Ensure necessary documentation and conformity with the Import Policy in vogue for Letter of Credits opened on behalf of customers and record keeping.• Ensure prompt and regular follow ups on outstanding cases of import and credits.• Perform and deliver due diligence while initiating / recommending a credit proposal.• Ensure customers are properly attended and their day-to-day problems and queries are solved particularly with respect to credit and trade matters.• Ensure timely preparation and submission of returns/reports/statements.• Ensure timely preparation and Submission of I.T.R.S to State Bank.• Marketing the bank’s products and services.• Correspondence with customers, SBP, Head Office with respect trade & credit.

• Inward Clearing Cheques receiving, posting, record keeping of return cheques and deduct charges for return cheques.• Outward Clearing Cheques receiving, posting and record keeping of return cheques.• Collection of OBC, OFBC, FTT and Local F.C Cheques, record keeping and recovery of charges.• Issuance of Demand Draft, Payment Order and Call Deposits• Preparation of Daily reports as per Head Office Instructions.

Manage difficult situations with customers and provide clients with information, data and advice for account opening. Filing Account Opening Forms & Collection of Documents required for Account Opening.Cheque books receiving from CPU, posting in system, handing over to Customers & record keeping.Filing ATM Card Forms & Dispatching to Card Department for Card Production. ATM Card receiving from Card Department, handing over to Customers & record keeping.Maintaining Daily Report of Account Opening.Stop marking of Cheque / Cheque Book receiving from Customer, Stop Marking on System & record keeping.

Dealing with administrative issues related to phone banking department.Cross checking of maintenance done by phone bankers on Prime (CTL).Providing support to other departments in queries related to Phone Banking.Perform checks for the processing of BTF, Aasan Installment & Aasan Installments Products.Maintaining Sales MIS of BTF, Aasan Installment & Aasan Installments Products on daily Basis.Escalation of OB's mistakes to Supervisors and Phone Banking Manager.Call back customers regarding 3rd Party Transfer after verifications and then updating on the system.

Monitor Bank ATM's all Across Pakistan on System with Phoenix and provide support to Phone Banking for ATM Locations, ATM Transactions, and other related issues.

Customers dealing for all Banking assets and liability products regarding queries, suggestions, complaints, inquiries & maintenance's with complete product informationExecuting Requests: Pay Order, Local and Foreign Currency Demand Drafts, Check Book, Bank Statement, Proprietorship Certificate, Balance and Reference Certificates.Banking Maintenance's: Activation / deactivation of loan accounts and Credit Protector Insurance, Change of Personal Information, Activation / deactivation of ATM Debit cards, Change of ATM PIN, Linking default accounts with Visa Debit Card, Cheque Stop Payment, Temporary / Permanent block of ATM / Debit card plastic.Marketing: Providing Sales team with Sales leads as per customers calling for product inquiries.Credit Cards and Charge Cards: Activation / deactivation of Card Accounts and Credit Protector Premium, inquires for local, international, internet transactions and reversal of bank charges, temporary / permanent block, limit enhancements, reporting frauds, Statement issues, Installment booking etc.Financial Transactions: Internal Funds Transfers, Third Party Transfers, Booking of Fixed Deposits, Loan accounts Payments, Balance Transfers (BTF), Telex Transfers etc.Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Handling IVR issues and generation of Telephonic Personal Identification Number (TPIN) and ATM PIN, educating customer for Self Service Phone Banking.Merchant Handling: Reporting concerned dept. for the Receipt of Charge (ROC) pick-up, educating merchant about Authorization Process, Ongoing Machine handling & Frauds handling.Tele Sales and Cross Selling: Sales of various products on inbound calls to make customers use their product in a manner that they get the best of their loan or cards and bank earns the best.Customer Retention: Making outbound calls to retain the valuable customers who had a good relationship with the bank.
