Primary responsibilities included:* Develop and maintain web-based business processes and web-based user interfaces for database applications* Develop proactive working relationships with employees both inside and outside the team* Prototype new applications to refine requirements* Lead or participate in design meetings with project sponsors and end users* Write design specifications, build prototypes, respond to user feedback, code, test and debug software* Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing software* Develop skills and knowledge of the current systems and all ongoing operational functions* Analyze code for problem resolution and performance optimizations* Provide technical consulting and respond to error reports, problems or questions* Mentor junior programmers* Developer Websites and solutions as well develop Web API's and web portals for the IOS and android developers

Expanding on my previous role as a web developer, I provide guidance, leadership and analysis to the web development team. Improving workflows and architectures is something I am passionate about, introducing better version control and continuous integration techniques and helping pave the way for new projects

1) Working on both web based and non web based projects using the technologies listed above.2) Research & Development of new technologies.3) Working closely with the Account Management team to provide technical input in the planning of all projects.4) Managing projects from inception to delivery.5) Establishing dialogue with clients to help them understand the possibilities of technologies to fit their needs.6) Building systems to improve efficiency for both Cresset and it’s clients.
