With over 14 years of work experience, I am a passionate and proficient software quality assurance lead who strives to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers. I have a strong background in automation testing, accessibility testing, device testing, and salesforce testing, as well as a certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
