Senior Manager
Current- Responsible for managing and monitoring Web 3 projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by scope, budget, and timelines.- Develop project plans and dependencies between various development releases containing multiple features from 3rd Party Partners from initial development through implementation.- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement quick resolutions.- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with impacted parties to approve and deliver the requirements.- End to end management of multiple projects, from conceptualizing, organizing and executing the entire event.- Understanding the requirement of the client, discussing the same with the management, aligning the team internally, outsourcing the vendors and negotiating with them.- Managing and coordinating with different internal departments such as legal, finance, marketing, sales, content editing, and external vendors, production houses, talent management agencies, etc.- Working on CSR projects for World Environment Day, Earth Day, Cancer Awareness Campaign, etc.- Managing the PnLs internally and looking after the drafting of legal contracts between multiple parties involved and delivering the same.
