Heading dyeing and finishing production

 Managing the production of the floor. Responsible to achieve the production target.  Daily meeting with factory staff. Daily and weekly status to Head office. Production planning. Meeting with Directors for machines, production status, processing problems, quality issues and Delivery Schedule. Improvising and controlling the process parameters. Implement and co-ordinate the laboratory activities with production. Developing cost reductive techniques. Trouble shooting for any un-identified problem at Textiles. Machine maintenance schedule. Decision making for approvals.  Reduce the processing problem ratio. To operate & monitor all machine parameters & process through adoptive plant Explorer. To confirm & set knitting parameters for desired finished results.

From August 2003 to June 2004 as a Merchandiser.The major responsibilities i had during my tenure & stay in GIA was entire correspondence with buyer, complete follow up from order placement till shipment.I had regular visits to the suppliers which are helpfull for me in that period to develop effective routes to achieve customer's specification.
