Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages,incentives and new-employee orientation.Duties and Responsibilities Involves but not limited to: Manpower Planning & Annual Budgeting- Periodical meetings with department managers in order to review the manpower situation.- Ensuring the actual cost of the manpower remains within the allocated budget.- Analyzing & submitting annual budget to top management for approval. Recruitment Planning- Identifying & executing recruitment needs of company within the allocated budget.- Overseas Recruitment : Sourcing & Selection from India, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Gulf countries through several Recruitment Agencies & direct resources.- Dealing with Local Manpower Contractors- Recruitment of Saudi Nationals to keep balance of Saudization in company. Benefits & Compensation- Payroll and Benefits Management of Employees.- Ensuring all government payments made on time in order to avoid penalties.- Employee Medical Insurance Management.- Annual Vacations & Airtickets Training & Development- Setting up the Training policies and procedures- Closely monitoring the training plan execution status- Ensuring every staff is elevating their level of skills & knowledge by getting basic & advance training as per their job description. Employee Relations- Periodically conducting meetings with different level of groups of Employees.- Conduct exit Interviews with resigned & terminated staff.- Conduct surveys to measure satisfaction level of employees and identifying areas to focus in order to improve the services provided to staff.- Maintain employee recreation programs on periodical basis. Conducting Employee Performance Appraisal and identifying the employees below the satisfactory level for enhancing their efficiency or replacement.
