Work involved the following responsibilities and activities with assign project in different region of south.Responsibilities• Having an experience of installation and commissioning of NEC microwave PDH links (5E1,16E1,48E1) and SDH links(63E1,XPIC) on NEC equipment like Paso link Neo.• Maintaining standards and quality checks according to Telenor provide KPIs.• Perform microwave transmission test after successful installation like Bert test, Mute test, CW test etc.• Preparing the technical documents like pre provisional acceptance test/provisional acceptance test, installation checklist etc which is required by telenor after successful installation.(Already conduct 50 Pre PAT and 30 PATs till now).• Involved in the optimization of critical problematic links (Like conversation of Hot Standby to space diversity links).• Also involved in conducting preventive maintenance measure which is set by telenor on quarterly basis.• Managing NMS visibility and also involve in the up gradation of Firmware.• Supervision of Sub-cons for new microwave link installation and commissioning.• Have a sound knowledge of all the configuration troubleshooting scenario of NEC Microwave media.• Communicate actively throughout transmission implementation and O&M groups.• Prepared coordination process in b/w transmission and related department to ensure project deliverables are met, completed on time and within establish constraints.• Successfully complete the installation and commission of more than 40 hops during internship period.MOBILINK PROJECTResponsibilities• Having an experience of NMS visibility of Mobilink hops in the South region.• Involve cascade connectivity of different NEC Product (Like V4, PASOLINK NEO, PASOLINK+ etc).• Having an exposure of NCT software (Like design of hops, creation of NMS file).
