Collaborating with a dedicated team, SPHF successfully conducted technical surveys to evaluate damages caused by the 2022 flooding.🚀 Key Achievements:📊 Qlik Dashboards for Real-time Analytics / GIS:Designed and implemented Qlik Dashboards offering daily analytics on the progress of over 2000 surveyors across 24 districts in Sindh. These dashboards facilitate team-based decision-making, leveraging insights gleaned from the extensive dataset of technical surveys, Satellite Images of effected settlements.🤝 SAP Integration for Seamless Operations:Executed the integration of the MIS system with SAP, ensuring a seamless flow from business partner creation to processing throughout survey, disbursement, and construction tracking phases. This integration not only streamlined workflow but also significantly enhanced efficiency in the $2 billion housing reconstruction project.💻 Automation of Donation and GRM Portals:Pioneered the structure for SPHF's Donation and GRM Portals, implementing automation to minimize manual intervention.
