Current My role is to support executive management in implementing and monitoring business strategy with respect to finance for bedding, Chemicals & Furniture Companies of the group. Align finance function with strategy of the organization and provide relevant and real time data analytics to all the departments within the organization. Maintain liaison with different functions and built a synergy among department for real time data analytics and financial modeling. Addressing the strategic issues of Taxation & compliance with applicable laws. Overseeing the budget preparation & approval for different group companies and subsequent variance analysis. Conduct Monthly review Meetings with Different Functional Departments & align any deviations with overall corporate Strategy of the organization.
