Have been happily developing software as a software engineer and also as a team-lead. Vast experience working with agile soft-dev and other SDLCs. Abundant experience on tasks such as requirements analysis and specification, software architecture/database design, coding, team management, product management, product support, data modelling, ETL, data migration, software release management, on-site user acceptance and support etc. In addition, extensive experience in engaging with stake holders and business partners to ensure their expectations are appropriately understood and managed. I am currently associated with a team working on software solutions for Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terror-Financing (AML-CFT). This allowed me to develop understanding of AML, financial data analysis. Have been part of team that has successfully implemented and supported AML solutions for Governmental Institutions (FIUs) throughout the world including countries in Asia, Africa, Oceania, Europe and Americas.
