As a trainer I handle the learning and professional development of Beauty Advisors. I equip Beauty Advisors with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. I also help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within their organisation.I responsible for Communication department as Public Relations,I nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.Responsibilities:As Trainer:- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.- Manage training budget.- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.As Public Relations- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.- Coordinate all public relations activities- Managing social media to engage audiences across traditional and new media.- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

Directly supervises the day-to-day operations of the publication, and reports to the editor in chief. I also involved ini hiring and overseeing associate and assistant editors. I write a column or editorial sometimes and my job takes place primarily in the office -- it is to suggest ideas, assign articles, handle problems, keep the staff on schedule and answer questions from department editors. Together with editor in chief, I determine the importance of articles and what goes on the front page. Since the editor in chief can't be everywhere at once, I may be asked to fill in for her, representing the publication at events.Responsibilities:- Managing processes, budgets and staff to keep all the moving parts going toward their goal of producing a publication.- Coordinating the production schedule for the publication, coordinating with all the key positions (writers/reporters, photographers, graphic designers, layout producers) to hammer out dates for each stage of production.- Correcting any errors in the writing mechanics and verify facts within articles, as well as rewrite copy as necessary.- Hiring, training and coaching most junior staff members on an editorial team.

I responsible for creating content about products, procedures, services and advancements within the beauty and skin care industry. I also do beauty styling for beauty spread or advertorials from beauty brand.Responsibilities:- Writes articles and reviews on skin care and beauty products, procedures and services.- I responsible for selecting the products that I review, and must read about trends and advancements within the industry.- Writing 10-15 pages a month- Mentoring the Beauty Assistant- Ability to interview celebrities and experts- Fact-checking- As the Beauty Editor I will also have to be a recognizable presence in the industry; covering market events, desksides and press trips- I often work with marketing departments to assist in the promotion of products.- I also edit the copy of other writers.- Conducting photo shoot for beauty spread or advertorials, starting from concept until the execution.- Managing and producing still life and on-figure shoots- Working with the Photo, Art and Fashion departments to package stories

Do a research and write stories about fashion and lifestyle. I also cover local events, entertainment and human interest stories. As a junior reporter, I pass the news to editor.Responsibilities:- Interviewing people in a range of different circumstances;- Seeking out and investigating stories via contacts, press releases and other media;- Attending press conferences and asking questions;- Working closely with the photographers and editors;- Recording interviews and meetings using shorthand or technical equipment;- Writing short 'fillers' to entertain and researching and writing longer feature articles, sometimes for subsidiary publications and advertorials;- Assisting Fashion Editor to conduct a fashion spread photo shoot.
