He prepared investment summaries and presentations to investment committee for approval. He acquired $50 million in value-added real estate investments with another $10 million in escrow.

While directly responsible for all acquisition activity for privately held real estate investment firm, David Identified assets, negotiated purchases, oversaw due diligence and structured debt and equity placement for the purchase, management or joint venture control of real estate that included $200 million in diverse office, industrial and retail properties. He was active in developing and managing private real estate investment fund with responsibility for asset management strategies and acquisition business planning.
