Therefore, actual industrial problems confronted by the industry participants could be intently resolved by the subject matter experts. As such, this collaboration model underlines the whole concept of “outsourcing innovation”.Within this particular role, it includes Business Development, Project Management as well as Account Management. This role emphasizes on the capacity to link the right subject matter experts to the industry participants - whenever a query arises from the industry. Thus, this role requires significant amount of research as well as networking to ensure all demands are addressed adequately.
