Having worked in IT for the last 10 years as an IT Technician supporting staff and customers daily, I’ve worked with staff and customers to diagnose problems and provided and explained solutions to fix all manner of hardware, software and networking problems in a polite and friendly manner.I have experience working with Remote Monitoring and Management Systems and ticket-based and IT assets inventory support systems. Also, I can confidently administer active directory and manage file shares, user accounts and permissions. My previous roles have allowed me to build, source, upgrade and configure computers, servers and network devices. I can confidently install, support, configure and manage Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 to 2022 and administer Microsoft Office 365.In previous roles, I have worked with other vendors to find solutions to problems and explain the solutions to staff and customers provided by the vendor.I am very passionate about IT and like to learn about new technologies, I use a lot of my free time to further my knowledge in IT.
