Lead and manage the esports operation to teach high school students soft skills and how to navigate the internet in a safe manner through online games such as League of Legends, Rocket League, Team Fight Tactics and NBA2k.• Wrote news posts, articles and created videos to report the status of our leagues.• Tested website features and forwarded bugs that were reported from our students.

Established and maintained a three month online league which required documentation, data entry and being the first respondent to any issues. Executed weekly matches and wrote reports about problems, solutions and how to improve the product.• Setup and manage chat rooms for over 50 users with roles, rules and responsibilities.

Providing game play and technical support to HP OMEN Roadshow, a truck outfitted to showcase HP’s newest products and technology to brand activations across Australia. My job was fixing software or hardware issues and teaching end users how to operate the product. Project lead for the convention booth at the Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2018, responsibilities included setup and dismantling of the booth, ensuring sponsor agreements were met, clients were satisfied with the experience. Managed a team of four, tasked with staffing all stations, fixing any software or hardware issues and general operations of the booth.
