I have a life-long passion for empowering individual and societal well-being through better nutrition through government, non-profit and for-profit sectors. My current venture is my company ZEGO, a platform brand providing clean, wholesome and delicious packaged foods that meet the health needs of the 21st Century, where nearly 1/3 of all people in the U.S. are food sensitive (allergies or intolerances), even more are diabetic or pre-diabetic and still others choose vegan or paleo lifestyles to be healthier. ZEGO is plant-based and provides food safety data on allergens, gluten, glyphosate, over 400 agricultural chemicals, and heavy metals directly to our customers though our T-CODE batch level tracking system. We are leading the industry to show that "clean" is measurable and every day, we as food companies, can work toward a cleaner tomorrow.Part of every ZEGO purchase goes to support, A Better Course (formerly Campaign for Better Nutrition), to improve nutrition for low-income children at home and in public settings, like schools, through advocacy and direct service programs.In my personal life, I love gathering friends together and sharing a delicious and nutritious meal that will nourish them body and soul.
