During my 29 years of a professional, intrapreneurial, and entrepreneurial career, I have directed 360-degree technology-backed innovative digital and mobile marketing and advertising campaigns on multiple platforms for numerous large and multinational companies in Türkiye. In 360 Media Interactive Digital and Mobile Marketing, Advertising and Technology Company (360 Media), which I founded in early 2011, we closely follow the latest trends and new technologies in digital, mobile technologies, and communications. We then convert our know-how and experience into generating innovative and creative solutions for brands to accommodate their 360-degree marketing and advertising needs. As the Founding President, I founded the Woman in Technology Association (Wtech) in January 2019 with more than 80 founding members, following a 1.5-year preparation period. We reached more than 150 members in a short period. Wtech, which has C-level executives of Türkiye's leading companies as founding members, aims to increase the number of women in the technology sector, provide equal opportunities in science and technology, and promote social development by enabling women to discover their true potential. Providing people with the expertise and skills required in the evolving digital world, we aim to increase diversity in technology and play an active role in women's employment. Shortly after our establishment, we put our signature under successful projects in a fast, more focus, and disciplined manner, being much more efficient than many associations at the start-up level.We aim to contribute to Türkiye's technological power to make it one of the most competitive countries in the world.I have worked closely with Blippar management, a UK-based global augmented reality technology platform, to initiate and expand this new advertising medium in Türkiye. I was the CEO of Blippar Türkiye between 2014 and 2017 and contributed to its advertising through my agency, 360 Media.- Chair Emeritus and a Board Member of MMA (Mobile Marketing Association) Türkiye.- Board Member of the MBA Program of Bahçeşehir University, continuously revising the curriculum to adapt to the rapid development of new technologies. - I recently founded the Woman in Technology Association in Türkiye, which will soon transform into a business association, creating awareness about new technologies and raising female business leaders in Türkiye.
